SOLICITATION No. 25040 RFP
Operations & Maintenance for Inbound/Outbound Baggage Handling System & Passenger Boarding Bridge Maintenance.
The Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission is now seeking a qualified and experienced Company to provide Operations & Maintenance for Inbound/Outbound Baggage Handling System & Passenger Boarding Bridge Maintenance.
Responses are due in the Airport Commission office at 2:00 PM (local time) on Wednesday, September 17, 2025.
A Mandatory Pre-response Meeting and Site Tour will be held at 2:00 PM (local time) on Thursday, August 21, 2025, in the Airport Commission office. All prospective respondents are required to attend the Mandatory Pre-Response Meeting, which may be attended either in person or virtually via Microsoft Teams. The subsequent Mandatory Site Tour will be conducted in person only. The complete RFP package, including the Microsoft Teams instructions, will be posted on the Airports’ Online Bidding Portal: https://clintonairport.diversitycompliance.com/ .
