Project Description: Sealed Bids for the BETHEL TOWNSHIP TREE LINE AVENUE PIPE REPLACEMENT - JACK AND BORE PROJECT, 3015 S. Pine Grove Street, Fredericksburg,, PA 17026
Bid will be accepted online at PennBid until 12 PM (NOON), April 10, 2025 for:
“BETHEL TOWNSHIP TREE LINE AVENUE PIPE REPLACEMENT - JACK AND BORE PROJECT”
Project is generally described as: Material and labor for 48” Diameter CMP stormwater Pipe under Tree line Avenue to be installed by Jack and Bore Method, including pipe, headwalls, bypass pump waterline, pump dissipater rip rap , coffer dam, rock filter, filter bag. All materials shall be PennDOT Pub 408
A Project Manual containing specification and required documents are available through PennBID electronic bidding system at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com
The successful bidder must supply to the Township within 20 days of the award of the contract a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount.
Mack Engineering Inc. will open the bids electronically on April 10, 2025 at 4:00 PM at 3015 S. Pine Grove Street, Fredericksburg, PA 17026. The unofficial results will be displayed publicly on PennBid at that time. The Bethel Township Board of Supervisors will award the project at its regularly scheduled monthly meeting held at the Township Building located at 3015 South Pine Grove Street, Fredericksburg PA 17026 on April 10, 2025, which begins at 7 PM.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond payable to Bethel Township in an amount of 10% of the bid total.
The Township Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and/or All Bids.
The work in connection with this project falls under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
