EPA Clean Ports Program Grant Management Support Services

The Environmental Management Division (EMD) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide support with administering the grant funding award received by the Harbor Department/Port of Los Angeles for the Sustainable Equipment Adoption: Community, Harbor, and Neighborhood Growth & Empowerment (SEA-CHANGE). The Harbor Department received $411,688,296 in funding from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for a multi-faceted project focused on the deployment of zero emissions port equipment at the Port of Los Angeles.

The consultant selected from this RFP will support the Harbor Department's EMD staff in managing the grant award, including coordinating with terminal partners, developing reports, managing meetings, and other support as needed. This work will be reimbursed through the grant.

The duration of the contract awarded as a result of this RFP is expected to be three (3) years from the date of execution of the agreement.
