MALVERN WATER WORKS
MALVERN, ARKANSAS
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Sewer System Rehabilitation – Phase 3, Contract 1 – Sewer Force Main Route Clearing project will be received by Malvern Water Works, 506 Overman St, Malvern, AR 72104 until 2:00 PM local time on August 26, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The project generally consists of the clearing and grubbing of approximately 5 square acres and spot excavations to locate an existing sewage force main together with incidental and ancillary work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is:

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the offices of Malvern Water Works, 506 Overman St, Malvern, AR 72104 on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.; and the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The Contract Documents may also be examined at Dodge Reports at www.construction.com .
Electronic copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained from Crist Engineers, Inc. online at www.cristengineers.com at a purchase price of $25.00 for each set. No refunds of payment will be made, and no partial sets will be issued. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids will be subject to the requirements of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) administered by the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission (ANRC) as described in the contract documents.
