Clear Creek County wishes to invite companies to participate in this Request for Quotes to provide an Enterprise Software Solution Related to County Public Works Operations.
The software solution should include work order system to track and manage roads, road assets, citizen requests, fleet management, material/parts inventory and software support. Software system capabilities; barcode creation, vehicle work requests, citizen and employee mobile/tablet and desktop availability, software support.
The quote should include a cover letter that includes; company information. Responses for this quote are to include a company cover letter with the following:

The contract will be awarded to the vendor whose quote is within the competitive range and whose offering is determined to be the most advantageous to the County, price and other factors considered. Pricing shall include yearly software contract estimate based on the requested modules stated in this RFQ including company software support services, and applicable fees.
