RFQ WC2504 Pre-Qualification for South Campus Apartments Addition and Major Renovation

Project Description: Pursuant to 62 P.S. §532 “Prequalification of bidders and offerors”, West Chester University is issuing this Request for Qualification (RFQ) to pre-qualify contractors to bid on South Campus Apartment Addition and Major Renovation project. This RFQ applies only to the above subject project, and pursuant to the low bid process (competitive sealed bidding) for construction projects, only those companies that are pre-qualified will be invited to bid.
West Chester University of Pennsylvania (University), a University of the State System of Higher Education, an Instrumentality of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, requires performance of construction work and is inviting contractors to pre-qualify for construction capabilities in the following categories:
Contract No. 1: General Construction
Contract No. 2: Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Construction
Contract No. 3: Plumbing Construction
Contract No. 4: Electrical Construction
