Solicitation Summary
WSSC is seeking to procure a third-party vendor to provide Online Payment Plan Services for residential and commercial customers. The current solution allows eligible customers to enroll in installment plans to resolve outstanding balances over time. As the existing contract approaches its end, WSSC is preparing to re-solicit this service to ensure continued support, introduce necessary enhancements, and evaluate competitive offerings. The new procurement aims to modernize and strengthen the payment plan experience for our customers. The selected vendor will be responsible for implementing a secure, user-friendly web portal that allows customers to set up and manage payment plans, including mobile-responsive functionality accessible via smartphones and tablets. This contract will support WSSC’s broader customer service goals to offer flexible, accessible, and efficient payment options Please access the solicitation documents through OpenGov.
