BID 2025-13: Steel Entry Doors

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Newton County Commission is seeking bids for the replacement of three steel entry doors. Sealed bids shall be clearly marked “Bid 2025-13: Steel Entry Doors.” until 10:30am Thursday, April 3, 2025 , at which time the Commission will convene to open and read the bids. A mandatory walkthrough is scheduled on Monday, March 24, 2025 at 10:00am at Newton County Courthouse . Bids must be received no later than the above deadline and must contain enough comprehensive information for evaluation. Any bid not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified. Newton County will not accept any collect calls, COD shipments, postage due mailings, or emailed bids. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Questions relating to this bid shall be referred to Presiding Commissioner Daniel Swem at 417-451-8223.
