The South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE) is seeking qualified providers to deliver Underground Storage Tank (UST) Testing and Certification Services for 47 tanks located across 42 school bus facilities statewide. Service frequency will vary by requirement, with some tanks requiring annual testing and others on a three-year cycle.
