The work to be accomplished under this Contract is located at the Cheltenham Readiness
Center, 9900 Surratts Road Cheltenham, MD 20623 (Prince George's County). Work
consists of providing all construction, permits, labor, materials, equipment, services,
supplies, miscellany, testing and instrumentation necessary and incidental to the
completion of all work as specified herein
