RFP# 24-37 Project Development and Implementation Plan for Bings Creek Site

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Project Development and Implementation Plan for Bings Creek Site, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The CVRD is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to develop a Project Development and Implementation Plan in two phases (collectively, the “Project”) for the CVRD owned Bings Creek Site, located at 3900 Drinkwater Road, within the Municipality of North Cowichan (the “Site”). Proponents are expected to have proven project management and project development experience of five (5) years or more. Proponents are also expected to have prior project management experience with the design and construction of public works buildings and infrastructure, and have excellent collaborative skills and experience working with a range of stakeholders.
