Health IT Operational Support, EHR Management, and CIO Transition Consulting

The County of San Mateo Health Administration is comprised of 11 Divisions providing health and welfare across San Mateo County including (a) Administration & Central Finance, (b) Aging & Adult Services, (c) Behavioral Health & Recovery Services, (d) Correctional Health, (e) Emergency Medical Services, (f) Environmental Health, (g) Family Health, (h) Health Coverage Unit, (i) Health Information Technology, (j) Public Health, Policy & Planning, (k) San Mateo Medical Center.

The goals and objectives are to solicit membership services to be provided to the County of San Mateo Health IT divisions, designed to support strategic IT decision-making, operational improvements, and technological innovations. It is expected that through active collaboration with the selected vendor, the County’s Health IT divisions will be further empowered to make data-driven decisions, benchmark against industry standards, and advance their IT strategies.

The County of San Mateo has utilized these types of membership services since 2013. The memberships have proven to be beneficial in supporting innovation and growth, thus the County's Health IT divisions wish to continue to use these services.
