HVAC Project - Fire Station 15

The City of Marion is currently accepting sealed bids for an HVAC project at Marion Fire Department Station 15, located on Senator Gasque Rd. Please note that bids must be received no later than 12 noon on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at Marion City Hall, 107 S. Main Street, P.O. Box 1190, Marion, SC 29571.

The City of Marion has the right to accept or refuse any and all bids. The invitation to bid does not bind the City of Marion to purchase anything from the bidder. Scope of Work:

It is the contractor's responsibility to verify all quantities.

  1. Remove existing 3-ton Trane gas furnace, coil, and condenser
  2. Replace with a 3-ton 14 seer complete system
  3. Warranty: 5 Year Parts, 1 Year Labor
    30 Day Factory Warranty on Refrigerant Leaks
  4. All labor, taxes, and materials must be included in the bid price
