Request for Proposals - Architectural/Engineering Services - Historic St. Mary’s City Fort to 400 Boutique Hotel and Conference Center – Preliminary Design Services

MSA is issuing this solicitation to select a highly qualified Architect/Engineer design firm to provide Preliminary Design services for a proposed new boutique hotel and conference center to support the Fort to 400 initiative in Historic St. Mary’s City, MD, and as described in Section 3 of this Request for Proposal. During this preliminary design phase of the Project, the A/E will work closely with MSA and other Project Team members to analyze the overall viability of the Project.
