Notice is hereby given by the City of Coquitlam (“City”) of its intent to contract with Oracle Canada for a twelve-month period commencing January 1, 2025 for the following services:

Oracle e-Business Suite Support Services
-
PeopleSoft HCM Support Services
-
Enterprise Database Support Services
The above services have a combined anticipated total value of $388,000.00

The City of Coquitlam has chosen not to call for vendor proposals for the following reasons:
-
The vendor has specific knowledge and demonstrated experience of the proprietary software;
-
Manufacturer’s warranty may be void if serviced by unapproved vendors;
-
It is the City’s opinion that there is currently no other vendor able to provide the services; and
-
The impact of introducing a new software and support provider would affect cost and resources.
