Charter Airline Services for 2026 Football Season

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to enter into a contract with a qualified supplier to handle team travel for the entire 2026 football season. The selected provider will be responsible for round-trip charter flights for all away games, ensuring high-level service, safety, and operational efficiency while adhering to strict scheduling requirements. After reviewing the submitted bids, the University may choose to award contracts to multiple suppliers, or to not proceed with the procurement.
