Construction manager as advisor

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Cass County, Missouri ("County") will accept proposals for "construction manager as advisor" services in connection with the feasibility, design and construction of the Sheriff's Office North Annex to be located within the City of Belton, Missouri on County owned property located at 107 County Line Road. Qualified firms are invited to submit a formal proposal, which must be sent to the County Commission. Proposals must be received by Noon, December 3, 2025. A copy of the complete RFP can be obtained by contacting Kayleigh Bowes at kayleighb@casscounty.com or a copy is available on the County's website. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any "informalities" in the proposals received whenever such selection, rejection or waiver is in its best interest. Submit four (4) copies and one (1) electronic copy on a flash drive of your proposal.
