Description:

The City of Grants Pass, Oregon, is soliciting sealed written bids from qualified, licensed nursery stock providers to provide 200 total trees for City rights-of-way planting. Respondents to this Request for Bid (RFB) should determine the most cost-effective and diverse tree species offerings based on three size categories: Small (75 trees), Medium (100 trees), and Large (25). Each category has an approved list of tree species in the RFB. The bid shall include delivery costs, with anticipated delivery on or before September 30, 2026. All trees are required to be a minimum of 1.5” caliper measured 6” from the base of the tree or bigger.

Request for Bid

The City of Grants Pass, Oregon, is soliciting sealed written bids from qualified, licensed
