CONSULTANT FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT MASTER PLAN
The City of Lawrence, Massachusetts, through its Office of Planning & Development, invites sealed proposals from qualified consultants or consulting firms to lead the development of a
comprehensive Economic Development Master Plan
. The plan will serve as a strategic roadmap to guide the City’s economic growth, investment strategies, business retention and attraction, workforce development, infrastructure needs, and equitable economic opportunities over the next 10–20 years.
