Miscellaneous Construction Via Job Order Contracting for Los Angeles World Airports (Personal Services)

LAWA seeks Request for Proposals (RFP) to continue its supplementary construction and repair via Job Order Contracting (JOC) as a means of completing facility repair, alteration, and minor new construction projects at LAX and VNY. LAWA anticipates awarding contracts up to a combined value estimated at $6,000,000. The expected contract duration is a three (3) year term. Contract award does not guarantee work. Any services to be provided by JOC Contractor(s) shall only be performed pursuant to LAWA’s issuance of a Task Order.
