The Village of Lisle (“Village”) seeks to enter into an agreement (“Agreement”) with a qualified individual(s) or firm(s) (“Consultant”) to conduct a comprehensive water and sewer rate study as described in detail in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). The purpose of this study is to evaluate the adequacy of the existing rates, assess the financial sustainability of the utilities, and recommend rate adjustments to ensure long-term operational and capital funding needs are met.
