DUT Unalaska Airport B-III Compliance and Erosion Control - Design Services

RFP Number 25243031

The Department intends to enter into a negotiated agreement for professional engineering services for design, bidding assistance, and construction assistance for the subject (two) FAA funded aviation projects at the Unalaska Airport. This solicitation is for two independently funded aviation program projects. Separate NTP's and independent project deliverables are expected.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is from December 01, 2024to December 31, 2029. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $1,000,000 or greater.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available October 15, 2024 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, AK  99801-7999. Persons residing outside the City & Borough of Juneau may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 465-4420. Walk-in and telephone service is available during the hours of 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than November 05, 2024, 4:00 PM prevailing time. Please be advised that none of the courier services (Fed-EX, UPS, etc.) provide overnight service to or from Juneau.  Please allow at least 2 to 3 business days for receipt of expedited packages.
