Intent to Sole Source

This is the offical notification of intent to sole source Cassion Boot Camp J&A is attached.

The statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), Only a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations and a solicitation will not be issued for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Any responses or inquiries to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition of this action will be advantageous to the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement action, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Any question in regards to this notice are due by 8 AM EST on 13 January 2025.
