Description: The City of Utica (City) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statements of Qualification (SOQs) from professional engineering firms to complete stormwater retrofitting (along streets and at municipal facilities), separated storm and sanitary/combined sewer design, site design (hydraulic modeling, grading, utilities, parking lots, sidewalks, roads, and green infrastructure in accordance with the NYS Stormwater Management Design Manual), and watershed management (riverine modeling, floodplain restoration, flood resiliency, surface water quality).
