Project Description: Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit: Granite School District (GSD)
The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to: Seek bids from responsive and responsible Demolition Contractor (S310, formerly S460) and licensed Abatement Contractor to complete abatement and demolition of Spring Lane Elementary School according to the attached Project Manual, specifications, and drawings.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Pre-Bid Meeting: Attendance is required - THURSDAY, MARCH 20, 2025 at 8:30 AM Mountain Time - See Project Manual document.
This expenditure requires GSD Board approval. It is anticipated, award recommendation will be presented at the April 15, 2025 study session meeting. Final award will be issued after board approval is given.
