1800 North Sewer Realignment: Phase 3 - Rehabilitation

Project Description: The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes,, but is not limited to, the following: 18” HDPE trenchless line of the existing 1800N 60” trunk sewer; abandonment of the 1800N 60” trunk sewer to 18” HDPE slipline annulus, abandonment of gravity sewer mains; 1800N tie-in cast in place concrete wastewater structure; 1800N junction cast in place concrete wastewater structure; abandonment and rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewer maintenance access structures; eight (8) cast in place concrete sanitary sewer maintenance access structures; 8” sewer gravity mains; mechanical plugs; bypass pumping; miscellaneous ground improvements, shoring, dewatering, and surface restoration. The work is in existing unimproved and improved (paved) City of Right of Way and City Property and Easements.
Engineer’s Estimate: $8,000,000
