Project Description: The project aims to provide pre-design, design, bidding, and construction services associated with constructing two 24” sanitary sewer force mains between Gladiola Street and Orange Street along 500 South Street, as well as extensive permitting and environmental assistance. Qualified firms will have a broad array of experience with the design of sanitary sewer force mains, gravity sewer systems, lift station projects, working with open-cut construction methods, public outreach, stakeholder coordination, right-of-way, permitting, environmental assistance, and the execution and development of storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP). An alternatives analysis and pre-design was completed for this force main project, which is attached to the Request for Proposals (RFP).
