APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The Government requires commercial electrical equipment to support maintenance, repair, construction, and operational requirements at USACE Pittsburgh District facilities and project sites. Electrical equipment may include, but is not limited to:
- Electrical panels, breakers, switches, and transformers
- Conduit, wiring, cabling, and raceway systems
- Lighting fixtures, ballasts, and controls
- Switchgear and distribution components
- Electrical hardware, fittings, and accessories
- Emergency replacement items to support mission continuity
Supplies will be ordered via Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) calls, typically on a firm-fixed-price basis, and competed among BPA holders to the maximum extent practicable.
Please note that this is a **Sources Sought** notice, which is part of the Government’s market research to determine the availability of potential small business suppliers. This is not a formal solicitation, and no pricing sheet or additional documentation is required at this stage.
If you wish to participate, we invite you to submit a **capability statement** (no more than 5 pages) addressing your company's qualifications, experience, and ability to support this requirement. The response can include a brief summary of your capabilities, services offered, and any relevant certifications or socioeconomic status.
