Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, vehicles, transportation, traffic control,
licenses, permits, taxes, testing, disposal and incidentals to provide Groundwater Pre-filter and
Carbon Filtration Removal, Replacement and Repair Services to Caltrans.

Bidder or subcontractor shall have at time of bid submittal, continually thereafter, and for the
duration of the Agreement, a current and valid Class A - General Engineering Contractor license
or a C-55 Water Conditioning Contractor license issued by the California Contractors State
Licensing Board (CSLB) for the type of work to be performed. If the Prime Contractor has a Class A
- General Engineering Contractor license, it may perform traffic control work. If Prime Contractor
has a C-55 Water Conditioning license, it must also have a C31 Construction Zone Traffic
Control Contractor license. If traffic control work is subcontracted, the subcontractor shall have a
valid C31 Construction Zone Traffic Control Contractor license issued by the California
Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB).
The laboratory performing testing shall have at time of bid submittal, continually thereafter, and for
the duration of the Agreement, a current and valid Environmental Laboratory Accreditation
Program (ELAP) Certification and appear on the list of Certified Laboratories.
Bidder and subcontractor shall possess at the time of bid submittal, continuously thereafter, and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial
Relations (DIR). Caltrans will verify bidder-s DIR registration; it is not necessary to provide a copy.
Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal, continuously thereafter, and for the duration of the
Agreement, a valid and current Motor Carrier Permit issued from the California Department of Motor
Vehicles (DMV).
