UB Stadium Audio-Visual Scoreboard Upgrade

The University at Buffalo is issuing an RFP for replacement and upgrade of the video/scoreboard and accompanying systems at UB Stadium.

MANDATORY PRE-BID SITE VISIT OF UB STADIUM

Failure to attend the pre-bid site visit will result in the rejection of your bid. The purpose of the conference is to answer questions, tour the site, and provide further clarification as may be required.

Location: UB Stadium, University at Buffalo North Campus, Buffalo, NY 14260

Parking: Arena Lot, located in front of the Murchie Fieldhouse

Only those that attended the pre-bid site visit will be invited to attend a pre-bid conference call.

Failure to attend the pre-bid Conference Call will result in the rejection of your bid. The purpose of the conference is to answer questions and provide further clarification as may be required. Please hold all questions until this meeting.
