Project Scope: New ground up precast addition to link the existing Community Center and Senior Center. Both the Community Center and Senior Center will have interior renovations as part of the project.

This project will be managed by Terra Construction, the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR). The scope of work will be bid on and awarded by separate, distinct Bid Categories outlined in Specification Section 011202. Terra will receive the bids and qualification checklists electronically and will evaluate them for scope completeness to ensure the bidder qualifies. Terra will notify the responsible bidders they intend to award the project to.
