Meeting Agenda Software

The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit quotations from qualified vendors for the provision of meeting agenda software to support the municipality’s public meeting management needs. The software should streamline agenda creation, facilitate public access, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The municipality currently relies on a manual process for creating meeting agendas, involving multiple individuals meeting multiple times a week to work through agenda items. This fragmented approach results in inefficiencies, version control issues, and delays in finalizing agendas. Additionally, the existing system lacks robust search functionality and trackability, making it difficult to locate specific items, monitor changes, or maintain a clear audit trail.
