ORIGINAL POST

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for a consolidated ground maintenance services contract at various FAA facilities in the Florida area of the Jacksonville District. This is a firm-fixed price (FFP) procurement, set aside for a woman-owned small business (WOSB) IAW AMS Clause 3.6.1-19 Notice of Set-Aside Or Noncompetitive award to women-owned small business concerns eligible under the women-owned small business program. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561730 - Landscaping Services.

The Period of Performance is 5 years (base year plus 4 option years).

TIMELINE

Site Visits: 07/28/2025 – 08/01/2025 (Contractors must request registration to attend by 07/25/2025.)

Questions Close: Tuesday, August 5th, 2025 at 1700 PM EST

Proposals & Customer Surveys Due (from third parties only): Tuesday, August 19th, 2025 at 1300 PM EST

Award of Contract: by September 1, 2025

Performance Begins: October 1, 2025

Site Visits: Attendance is encouraged, but not mandatory.
