Solicitation Description:

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the CONTRACTOR to supply aerial and/or ground passive infrared camera survey services for the TCEQ providing data that supports TCEQ projects. These passive infrared camera survey services shall include, but not be limited to, video imaging and recording of air emissions of hydrocarbons including multiple volatile organic compound (VOC) species simultaneously. Aerial and ground surveys shall include the surveying of industrial sites, disaster areas, debris, and pipelines within the state of Texas or on waters that extend no further than 9.0 nautical miles from the shoreline. The estimated dates of the Contract Period are from 09/01/2025 to 08/31/2030.
