Description
RFQ 36C26226Q0239 is a Brand name or Equal requirement for Upright Medical Grade Refrigerator in accordance with (IAW) B.2 and B.3.
The contractor shall show clear, and compelling evidence to meet all requirements of this solicitation.
This solicitation is SDVOSB set-aside, open market.
Award will be made IAW ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES, a FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION-COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES.
