Summary:Sealed bids are invited for the Staunton RC Modernization Construction HVAC Upgrades, VAFM PN 22-0007, PC#123-18578-004 at Staunton, VA. The project is generally described as the removal and replacement of HVAC units, ductwork, and piping, zoning of HVAC, upgrade of the building automation system and other associated work indicated in the contract documents.
Sealed bids will be received at the front entrance of the building at 101 116th Regimental Road, Staunton VA 24401. The deadline for submitting bids is 1:00 PM sharp, as determined by the Bid Officer, on November 19, 2024. The bids will be opened publicly and read aloud beginning at 1:00 PM, on November 20, 2024, at Department of Military Affairs, Building 561, Ft. Barfoot, Blackstone, VA 23824.
All bids SHALL be submitted in a sealed envelope. Bid envelopes must be Hand Delivered to the Bid Officer and marked on the exterior (for immediate visual identification) as follows to ensure timely delivery:
