The City of Norwich Department of Public Utilities (NPU) is soliciting proposals from previously qualified engineering consulting firms to provide engineering design and construction administration services for the rehabilitation of a 24-inch cast iron water main (the Project). Engineering services will include development of a preliminary engineering report (PER), preparation of preliminary and final contract documents for bidding, bidding assistance, and construction administration.
