ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR 77TH STREET ACCESS IMPROVEMENTS

Project Description: The City of Scottsdale is requesting statements of qualification (SOQ) from qualified engineering firms to provide both design and post-design services for the 77th Street Access Improvements capital improvement project to construct an emergency access from the N. 77th Street and E. McKinley Street intersection to the westerly terminus of E. Pierce Street, and being east of and adjacent to McKellips Lake Park within the Indian Bend Wash. Funding for this capital improvement project is anticipated from several sources, including the federal Economic Development Initiative (EDI), as administered by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and other local funding sources. The selected engineering firm will assist the city in developing Plans and Specifications for the construction of this capital improvement project in compliance with all applicable federal (HUD), state, and local standards, rules, regulations, and statutes.
