Project Description: The City of Dallas (City) Office of Homeless Solutions is soliciting proposals to award a service contract to an organization(s) to provide assistance to unaccompanied youth and adults twenty-four years of age and younger. Eligible services may include but are not limited to case management, emergency shelter, street outreach, and transitional living. The anticipated term of this agreement will be for one (1) year, with two (2) one-year renewal options and will be funded through Texas Department of Housing Affairs (TDHCA) funds.
