Summary:Clean all the HVAC systems in the main compound of Central Virginia Correctional Unit #13 located at 6900 Courthouse Road, Chesterfield, VA., 23832. The ducts in the main compound are located in the basement, first floor and on the roof. The vents could be painted and attached with screws with different screw patterns. Please allot additional time as necessary for potential difficult vent removal and replacement. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 25, 2024 at Central Virginia Correctional Unit #13 located at 6900 Courthouse Road, Chesterfield, VA., 23832. All bidders must confirm their attendance to the conference by submitting a valid copy of their Driver’s License or ID (front and back) along with ATTACHMENT B on page 19 of this quick quote to denise.franklin@vadoc.virginia.gov and tony.faulkner@vadoc.virginia.gov before October 23, 2024 @ 12:00pm. Please come to the front gate and let the facility know you are there for the pre-bid conference. Attendance at the conference will be evidenced by the representative’s signature on the attendance roster. No one will be admitted into the conference after 10:15 a.m. Bids will only be accepted from those bidders who are represented at this pre-bid conference.
NO CELL PHONES, NO BLUE JEANS, NO SHORTS, NO SLEEVELESS SHIRTS, NO WEAPONS, NO TOBACCO, NO SANDALS/FLIP-FLOPS/OR ANY TYPE OF OPEN SHOES. Bring a copy of the solicitation, pen and paper as needed for notes. Any changes resulting from this conference will be issued in a written addendum to the solicitation.
