Description View Changes

The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to clear the William H Harsha Lake Project Boundary Line. Prices should include mobilization and de-mobilization, fuel, labor, material, and equipment. The contractors work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein.



This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 561730, Size Standard $9.5M. The contract



award will be based on lowest total price to the Government.



Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account



specified by the Contractor. Quotes will not be accepted for quantities less than the quantities specified in the



Quote. Failure to submit a unit price for all items listed will be considered as a material deviation from the



requirements and the Quote will be rejected.



Note: In addition to the completed price breakout schedule/price quote, of Offeror must complete their



Representation and Certifications located in the solicitation.



Quotes are due by 27 August 2025 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time. All Quotes shall be submitted through PIEE.
