Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is W91364-25-Q-A060 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 dated 7 AUG 2025.This requirement is being solicited as full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 339992, Musical Instrument Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of $90,000. The basis of award will be technically acceptability and price. Additionally, offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose offer is conforming to the solicitation.This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 339992. The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
