NOTICE TO
BIDDERS
Separate sealed BIDS for COLLECTION AND TRANSPORTING OF RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL SOLID WASTE IN GARLAND COUNTY, ARKANSAS will be received by GARLAND COUNTY at the County Judge’s Office, Garland County Court House, Hot Springs, Arkansas until 12:00 p.m. CST Thursday, April 2, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 pm. Bid opening will be in Room 200 of the Garland County Court House.
The COUNTY reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in the bids received, to evaluate bids, and to accept any bid or bids which, in its opinion, may be the best interest of the COUNTY.
Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment -- including Equal Employment Opportunity -- to be observed.
