The purpose of this project is to ensure the Process Blowers at WSD facilities provide appropriate air flow to the aeration basins located at the 23rd Avenue and 91st Avenue Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP).

The City of Phoenix WSD requires a preventative maintenance and repair services contract from a Contractor with experience in maintaining operations for Process Blower performance.
