Description:
The work includes the abatement of asbestos containing material (ACM) in the floor and ceiling finishes in select rooms in the gatehouse building and inmate housing at Manning Correctional totaling approximately 56,226 square feet. The textured ACM finish was applied over plaster ceilings and to the underside of the concrete roof deck. There are surface mounted and suspended devices such as light fixtures, pipes, conduit, mechanical equipment.
