SGT is looking for a contractor to create a project plan to utilize EPA Brownfield Grant funding to engage with key stakeholders to prioritize revitalization opportunities. This project will include assessment activities at priority brownfield sites within the target areas (TAs), including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Regulated Building Materials (RBM) Surveys, Analysis of Brownfields Cleanup Alternatives (ABCAs), Remedial Action Work Plans (RAWP), Site-Specific Reuse Plans, and an Area-Wide Planning (AWP) study.
