Description

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform ash-recycling service for Yokota AB, Japan in accordance with applicable Japanese laws and pertinent regulations, and commercial practices. The Contractor shall accomplish all services below to meet the requirements of Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached to this solicitation. The Contractor shall possess all applicable business permits.



Business Permits: The Contractor, as a minimum, shall possess and submit a copy of the valid business permits listed below to perform the services specified in this PWS in conformance with Japanese laws and pertinent regulations:

Required Business Permit: Industrial Waste Treatment Business Permit (産業廃棄物処分業許可)

Item: Bottom Ash (燃え殻)and Fly Ash (ばいじん)

Method: Final and/or Intermediate Treatment (Recycling): (最終処分または中間処分)



Pre-Proposal Conference will be conducted on 17 Jun 2025 at 1000 hrs at Yokota Air Base, Japan. If your company request to participate in the pre-proposal conference, the offerors shall submit a Attendance Sheet attached to the primary contact no later than 5 Jun 2025, JST.
