The building contains sleeping quarters and all work shall be performed in a phased manner to minimize disruptions. Electrical modifications shall occur to accommodate the new HVAC equipment. Minor modifications to ductwork and piping to accommodate the new HVAC units shall occur. Concrete pads shall be provided for all equipment.
