Description

The U.S. Embassy Brazzaville requires Building Automation System (BAS) Preventative Maintenance (PM) services. The Contractor shall perform BAS PM services as described in the solicitation semi annually. The Contractor shall also provide furtherevaluation of the overall functionality of the BAS based on concerns and input provided to theContractor by the Facility Manager (FM) and Facility Maintenance Staff (FMS).
