This is a Sources Sought Notice and is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. Solicitations are not available at this time and requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the US Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the US Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the US Government. Not responding to this Sources Sought Notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, should one be issued. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
The Government will use responses to this notice in formulating its acquisition strategy. Additional RFIs may be issued for this requirement to help the Government further define its acquisition strategy.
The United States Marshals Service (USMS) Information Technology Division (ITD) has a requirement to meet the operational and administrative needs of the USMS, Functional Operations and Resources for Core Enterprise Services (FORCE). ITD provides mission critical enterprise-wide services and resources, as well as technical and operational support to the agency. USMS has approximately 7,500 total users (federal employees, support contractors, task force officers, court security officers) using over 15,000 authorized devices of various types.
The FORCE Core Team provides ongoing engineering and lifecycle operational support for deployed systems delivered by the special project team(s) after transition of the services covered by the special project initiative.
The anticipated period of performance is April 23, 2026, to October 22, 2034, which includes one (1) 12- month base period, six (6) 12-month option periods and one(1) 6-month option period per FAR Clause 52.217-8 for a a total of 7 years and 6 months.
